طرق و أسلوب الختان و الطهارة للذكور circumcision

 

كيف يجرى الطهور و الختان و ما هي أفضل هذه الطرق ؟

الختان هو عمل جراحي آمن , عندما يجرى بيد طبيب متمرن , و تجرى عملية الختان في المشفى او في العيادة الخارجية للطبيب , و تتم عملية الطهور كما يلي :

  • يوضع الطفل على طاولة خاصة و قد يتم تثبيته بطريقة جيدة إذا كان كبيراً و كثير الحركة ,

  • يتم تطهير العضو الذكري للطفل و ما حوله

  • يتم تخدير المنطقة بمخدر موضعي عن طريق الحقن او دهن الجلد بمخدر خاص ring block, penile nerve block (dorsal penile nerve block or DPNB), or EMLA cream

  • قد يحتاج بعض الاطفال الكبار للتخدير العام ( بعد 4 أشهر من العمر , و حسب رأي الجراح )

  • يقوم الجراح بعدها بقص بتحرير و قص القلفة و قد يضع بعض القطب الجراحية الصغيرة لمنع النزف عند الأطفال الكبار

و أفضل طرق الختان هو الطريق الجراحي ,  كما تبين الصورة التالية :

 

و هناك طرق أخرى مثل طريقة القمع  أو الخاتم , و هي تحتاج للخبرة و لا ينصح بها كثيراً :
